MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

This is an awesome full-body exercise great for trimming that waistline, and not only strengthening but chiseling that core. Mountable lain climbers also increase shoulder strength and help build front (anterior) deltoids as well as tax those quads.


HOW TO PERFORM:

Begin in a plank position with hands directly under shoulders engaging core muscles to help keep a firm position and proper form. Start by bringing one of your knees to your chest face forward then returning to start position. Do this one after another alternating legs throughout and repeat sequence for 1 minute or until satisfied. Be sure to keep hips down and hand beneath shoulders throughout entire movement. You may perform as fast or as slow as you like. Try slowing it down and speeding it up between sets. This exercise is also great for cardio fitness, building stamina and endurance.
