Hollow Rocks. Great exercise to help build strength and stability in your core as well as your lower back. The Hollow Rock increase and develops strength, stamina for general trunk stability along with building those abs to help show them off in the summer winter or any other month you wish to reveal that magnificent six pack.


PERFORM by lying first in you back and reaching outwards and extending your arms ( ear level) tilting them slightly to the ceiling making sure shoulder blades are off the floor.


Next push your lower back off of the floor with toes pointed outward about 6 inches off of the floor.


Tightened your core and begin to rock forward and backwards keeping core tight along with arms and leg muscles engaged to help create tension throughout entire body.


Repeat as many repetitions possible take a brief rest of 90-120 seconds then repeat. Complete 3-5 rounds.
